Canada’s AI sector is currently limited by a critical shortage of high-density power and cooling infrastructure.
The Armour Advantage
Located in Armour Township, Ontario, our site provides an ultra-low-cost, high-resiliency environment for the next generation of AI workloads.
The "Armour Chill"
We leverage the region’s ambient cold air to passively reject heat from our liquid-cooled loops, significantly reducing operational expenses and Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE).
Core Technology
DIRECT-TO-CHIP LIQUID COOLING
Our modules are specifically engineered for liquid-cooled high-density clusters, such as the Dell PowerEdge R770xa.
Liquid cooling maximizes hardware longevity and performance by maintaining precise thermal stability at the chip level.
UTILITY-GRADE INFRASTRUCTURE
We utilize a 44kV Customer-Owned Substation to secure a direct high-voltage feed, ensuring superior capital efficiency compared to secondary metering.
A 2MVA primary transformer delivers 415V Wye secondary power, optimized for high-density rack deployments.
MODULAR CAPITAL EFFICIENCY
Our “Pay-as-you-grow” modular architecture allows for 2MW incremental deployments, ensuring capital is deployed in lock-step with demand.
Self-contained pods act as relocatable, high-value industrial assets.
